Ghostly Figures

 

 For those who believe in the paranormal, anything is possible. The deceased roam the world, caught in purgatory, unable to enter heaven. Existing in the same world they once inhabited during their physical form. I wonder if they still pray and visit church in hopes of finally entering the gates of heaven? During my visit to a centuries old church in Quito I captured this image. Should I believe they still have hope? Or, are these ghostly figures just a figment of my imagination?
