The Mabuhay Expedition and the Two Day Layover

The day has come, this part-time traveler will be on the road again. The Mabuhay Expedition will commence but before we embark on that road we will be in Hong Kong for a two-day layover. Big cities aren’t high on my list of places to visit. Hong Kong’s architecture, the long history, the blending of cultures, the massive ant hill we call civilization, is my draw.

Most of the trip will take place in my ancestral home, the Philippines. With over 7,000 islands, this expedition will be filled with beautiful beaches, lush landscapes and the wonderful people of the Philippines. I will be posting daily photos on my Facebook page or when internet service is available, the link is on the sidebar and at the bottom of the page. I will also be posting on my blog whenever I have time to gather my thoughts. The road will lead to Cebu, Bohol and the island of Sumilon.
